- OEM Special Events/Promotion.
- Internals & Reconditioning.
- Parts Sold, or Repairs performed At Wholesale.
- Routine Maintenance, including but not limited to, Fluids, Filters, Batteries, Bulbs, Belts, Nuts, Bolts or Fasteners unless included in otherwise qualified repair.
- Accessories.
- Tires, Wheels, Alignments.
- Fleets and Gov. Agencies.
- Body Shop, Insurance, Extended War. Road Hazard, Collision, Theft, Vandalism, Negligence.
- Goodwill Policy.
- Repairs on Aftermarket Parts – for parts submission not labor.
- Vehicles owned by franchisee or employee.
